Tarmac Restoration

Cheshire Drive Clean will clean your tarmac driveway and apply Tarmaseal™ Tarmac Restorer to replace the resins lost by weathering, UV light and car and foot traffic.

It really is a full 'makeover' for your tarmac driveway, at a fraction of the cost of having a new one laid.

As part of the restoration process, we regularly carry out small repairs, such as filling small holes and smoothing out uneven areas by applying a 'Cold Lay' repair and also actual cracks, possibly from ground movement, for example where large trees with sizeable roots grow nearby or, more regularly, where the drive has been unmaintained for so long that the original resins that were present when it was laid have completely disappeared and the tarmac is so dry it has started to crack.

We gently but thoroughly pressure wash the area to avoid displacing loose stones and then attend to any small repairs that may be required, then apply two coats of Tarmaseal™.

Tarmaseal™ is far more than a paint and is not to be confused as such! Do bear that in mind if you're comparing quotes for the restoration of your drive. Product advancement has given us this product and while it is more expensive than mere paint of course, the cost is still very reasonable considering the benefits it offers.
